The Red Team is family owned and operated with full service concession and event management having over 20 years of experience. We have multiple units and strive to provide fresh, quality products with consistency and clean, professional service.
Taco in a Bag is where it all started in 2004, Kim Brady and Larry ran this stand at many local festivals throughout Indiana and Illinois. Brady and Family continue the tradition to this day.
Tater Tot Stop was established in 2017 and is the second trailer owned by KBL and operated by the The Red Team.
Mac Fun Foods was established in 2019 and is owned by Chase Meadors and operated by the Red Team. This unit was formally owned and Operated by D2 Concessions Don and Debbie Shepherd.
Tornadough
New in 2024 the Tornadough is a pastry cone filled with Sweet or Savory options..
Fried Food Unit
This Unit provides all the Fair and Festival Favorites. opens up like a Trailer but serves like a Tent Stand.
Giovanni's
Serving Italian Sausage, Polish Sausage, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers since 1974. John Dice provided fair and festival patrons with all their favorites for 50 Years.
This unit is owned by long time red team member Joey Morris.
